The advanced Reflexology training I have received, along with my experiences, interest and passion in what I do, ensures my clients receive the best possible treatments available.
I looked into training as a reflexologist whilst working for the local authority Special Educational Needs and Disabilities service, as Reflexology was something I had myself, enjoyed and my health really benefitted from it. I am passionate about helping others, so once I went onto research Reflexology and its benefits for men, women, babies, children and young people, I just knew I wanted to be a Reflexologist. I have experienced fertility issues, Endometriosis, IBS, autoimmune Thyroid condition and stress myself and I wished I had known about Reflexology and its benefits all those years ago. Whilst training I carried out regular reflexology treatments on my own son and husband who have ADHD and they loved how the treatments supported their sleep, anxiety, hyperactivity and relaxation. I have worked supporting families including those with SEND for over 20 years and continue to support by offering Reflexology treatments. Having experienced working in a stressful environment, I understand how stress can affect both the body and mind. It's important that we all take time out for ourselves to unwind and relax as it can be very beneficial to your health and well-being.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or queries and I will be happy to talk to you.
